ENROLLMENT PROCESS

Complete the 2025-2026 Enrollment form and return the form and the Registration Fee to the school office. For incoming kindergarten students and new students, you will also need to provide a copy of your child’s birth certificate, immunization record, previous school records, and for kindergarten, a physician well-check form. Please refer to the new student checklist for that information.

REGISTRATION FEE

The early Registration Fee is $250, a fee that remains unchanged from last year. After March 28, the registration fee is $350. Registration is used to fund curriculum purchases. This includes curriculum replacement materials and new textbooks. Because the ordering and purchasing of these materials takes place in the late spring and early summer, it is important to have the funds available before the start of the next school year.

SETTING TUITION

The setting of tuition rates is a thorough process involving the Principal, the Board of Directors and the Voters Assembly. The Principal and the Board of Directors have the primary responsibility of recommending the tuition rates. The Board of Directors presented recommendations to the Voters’ Assembly (members of St. Paul’s congregation). With voters’ approval, the tuition rate went into effect.

The Voters Assembly approved the tuition rate with a clear understanding of the mission of St. Paul’s Lutheran Church. The mission of St. Paul’s is to witness Christ in the community. The voters/congregation of St. Paul’s does not expect the school parents to bear the entire cost of the school ministry. The school ministry has been and will continue to be strongly supported, financially and more importantly, spiritually, by the congregation of St. Paul’s. The school ministry is not seen as a separate ministry of St. Paul’s Lutheran Church, it is part of the overall mission of the church.

TUITION DISCOUNTS

A variety of tuition discount opportunities are available to St. Paul’s families. These discounts include a Referral Discount, a Military Discount, Registration Discount and discount for paying tuition in full before August 16, 2025. SCHOLARSHIPS

Academic and/or Music Scholarships: Awarded to middle school students and based on Scholastic Achievement and/or Music Leadership. Decisions based on essay and written assessment.
